Brief description

Dr. Christian Müller is a partner in the law firm "Zwicker Schnappauf & Partner Patentanwälte PartG mbB". He joined the firm in 2002.

Dr. Müller is admitted to practice before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office. For our national and international clients, he successfully conducted numerous patent application, opposition as well as nullity proceedings in various technical fields (including chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, molecular biology and mechanical engineering) and provided expert opinions in these fields. Dr. Müller represents well-known European, American and Japanese companies.

Dr. Müller studied chemistry at the Friedrich-Alexander-University, Erlangen-Nuremberg. He was a PhD student and post-doctoral fellow with Prof. Hannappel at the Institute of Biochemistry and Pathobiochemistry, Friedrich- Alexander-University, Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Dr. Müller is an active member of the expert network of "Science4Life" and the specialist group "Association for Chemistry and Business" in the GDCh.
