Brief description

Riccardo Bellingacci has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2014. During his studies, he already worked in a Munich patent law firm, where he started his training as a European Patent Attorney in 2017.

He joined the firm of Zwicker Schnappauf & Partner Patentanwälte PartG mbB in 2022 and is admitted as a representative before the European Patent Office.

His practice focuses on the drafting of German, European and international patent applications and the prosecution of the corresponding grant proceedings. In addition, he assists in opposition, infringement and nullity proceedings of German and European patents. He also has experience in freedom-to-operate and due diligence proceedings.

Mr Bellingacci studied mathematics (BSc) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and mathematical sciences (MSc) at Utrecht University in the Netherlands.

During his Bachelor's degree, he focused on topics related to fluid dynamics, while in his Master's degree he was more involved in the field of mathematical biology and in particular with neural networks.

As a keen sailor, Mr Bellingacci is also active in the field of marine technology and marine equipment.
